halbwild
The compatible Minimal House for the development of Regenerative Settlements: built for generations, AI smart, modularly expandable, and mobile for life.
We look forward to seeing you, and remember, there is nothing good unless you do it…
Who is halbwild and what do we do?
halbwild GmbH is a start-up founded in early 2023 by Hendrik Steffen and Lennart Fraedrich.
We are currently in the prototyping and go-to-market phase.
The halbwild Minimal House we have developed for regenerative settlements will be built in collaboration with production partners and suppliers. Finally assembled in our manufactory as a premium product of German craftsmanship.
With our Minimal House, we are rethinking regenerative settlement concepts: integrated, AI-supported, regeneratively supplied, resident-friendly designed, community-organized, and always mobile.
halbwild’s goal is to enable our customers to live a more cost-effective, healthier, sustainable, and overall more satisfying life.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create regenerative settlements based on our halbwild Minimal House. These settlements offer sustainable and mobile housing solutions and promote a life in harmony with nature and community.
Our regenerative settlements are equipped with renewable energy, autonomous water supply systems, and permaculture for food production. We aim to reduce utility costs, lower food expenses, and minimize CO2 emissions.
By integrating supply systems, the halbwild Minimal House, and circular economy with AI technologies, we enable a regenerative lifestyle.
Halbwild believes that every person has the ability to lead an autonomous and sustainable life without compromising ecological diversity. Our settlement projects make this lifestyle experienceable again and lay the foundation for a peaceful future for our planet.

Transport
The Transport of the Modules
From the production site to the customer is carried out by a truck with a loading crane and low loader.
The low loader has space for one module.
By complying with the legal requirements of the StVZO regarding dimensions and weight, no heavy transport is needed.
The Placement of the Modules
Depends on the local conditions.
Preferably, the fixed loading crane on the truck is used to place the module on its own axis, a screw-, point-, or strip foundation.
For hard-to-reach locations, an external crane truck might be required.
Combination of
Multiple Modules
Expansion of living space
Multiple combinations of modules
Stackable up to 3 floors
No structural change to the basic framework required
Sealing concept at the junction
Custom-developed sealing profiles
Multiple seals ensure a waterproof and durable junction
Connection
Modules are bolted together (eccentric closure)
Dismantlable
Subsequent expansion with additional modules possible
Modular Configuration

Focus on Regenerative Settlements
Minimal House Settlements are becoming increasingly popular as holiday resorts.
We will develop such settlements also for sustainable living and equip them with our minimal houses and regenerative settlement infrastructure…
Features of Regenerative Settlements:
Permaculture
Sustainable and productive ecosystems efficient use of natural resources, promoting biodiversity, integrating ecological agricultural and horticultural techniques.
Renewable Energy
Solar energy, wind power, and biomass to meet energy needs, integration of energy storage systems, and energy efficiency thinking.
Circular Economy
Minimization of waste and efficient use of resources through recycling and composting systems, use of local resources, and promotion of material reuse.
Community Design
Strong community focus through community gardens, communal spaces, and activities that strengthen social cohesion. Exchange of knowledge and resources.
Water and Land Management
Sustainable use of water through the implementation of rainwater harvesting systems, creation of natural treatment and filtration systems, and promotion of sustainable agricultural practices.
Regenerative Lifestyle: Your Advantage
Living in a Halbwild settlement is not only ecologically sensible, but also economically advantageous and socially enriching. It offers you a forward-thinking lifestyle that considers both your needs and those of the environment.
Sustainability and Environmental Friendliness
- Utilization of renewable energies reduces the ecological footprint
- Circular economy minimizes waste and conserves resources
- Minimal living reduces CO2 emissions
Cost Efficiency
- Lower utility costs through regenerative supply systems
- Reduced food costs thanks to permaculture and self-cultivation
Health and Well-being
- Increased quality of life through a healthy living environment
- Physical and mental health through an active and nature-oriented lifestyle
Community and Social
- Strengthening the community through joint engagement and work
- Promotion of social interactions and support within the settlement
Flexibility and Adaptability
- Modularity of houses allows for individual adjustments
- Mobility of houses offers flexibility in location changes
Self-sufficiency and Self-reliance
- Independence from external networks through autonomous energy and water systems
- Self-production of food promotes its quality
Permaculture
halbwild settlements cooperates with Greenspot in developing regenerative permaculture for the vegetable & energy supply of the settlement residents.

The positive utilization of AI agent technology supports this community organization. Together, we aim to create a holistic system of mutually beneficial relationships for us humans. With AI, we want to generate a communication design that helps and guides the residents. The comparison of simulations and real data makes our concepts better. With the help of numerous sensors and the integration of settlement systems, the Halbwild Minimal House is AI smart.
